I can't remember my password or pin code. What should I do?

I've forgotten my password or pin code and would like to have it unlocked.

Your password is required for your very first eBanking connection. To help you remember your password, please note that it must contain at least 8 characters, including a lowercase letter, an uppercase letter and a number (0-9). Your PIN code was set up when you first logged in to your new eBanking application, and is required to log in each time.

To reset your PIN or password

Please contact your usual Piguet Galland contact person or call reception on +41 58 310 40 00, who will then be able to reset your access.

You will then receive your login and new password by post.

Important note: If you have entered the wrong password more than 3 times, your eBanking access will be blocked. Before resetting your eBanking password, you must first request that your account be unblocked.
