The system indicates that the password or login is invalid.
When you log on to the eBanking, a red message appears informing you that “Your login is unknown, deactivated or already registered” or “Your password is wrong”. Here are the steps to follow to resolve this problem:
- First of all, make sure you enter your login and password correctly, checking that they are case-sensitive and that there are no typing errors.
- If you continue to experience difficulties, please contact your Advisor or reception on +41 58 310 40 00.
