I've blocked my eBanking access. What should I do?

My eBanking account is blocked and I'd like to unblock it.

For security reasons, your eBanking access is blocked as soon as you enter the wrong PIN code or password three times in succession.

To unlock it:

  • Contact your usual Piguet Galland contact person or call reception on +41 58 310 40 00.
  • After identification, your contact person will unlock your eBanking access.
  • Once the access has been unlocked, you can reconnect to eBanking.

If you still can't remember your eBanking password or PIN, you can have it reset in just a few minutes by contacting us.
