How do you connect to Piguet Galland eBanking for the first time?
The eBanking connection letter
Use your eBanking login letter which contains your ID and the temporary login password.
Download the App
Download the free "My Piguet Galland" App from the IOS or Android store and install it on your mobile device.
Registering your mobile device
Launch the mobile App and follow the instructions to start registering your phone.
- The conditions of use must be validated before the enrolment process can begin.
- Then click on "Start enrolment":
- Enter your access code (login) and password, then click on "Continue":
- The App then indicates that a connection from a web browser (computer or mobile) is required to scan the QR code:
QR Code display
Go to the eBanking login page: https://ebanking.piguetgalland.ch in a web browser on another device (mobile, PC):
Enter your eBanking access code and password, then click on the arrow or "Enter" key on the keyboard to confirm.
The browser will then display a QR code on the screen:
Scan the QR code with your mobile device.
Using the mobile App, click on scan QR code and use the camera to aim at the QR code displayed on the computer screen.
Enrolment key
Follow the instructions on your mobile phone to enter the enrolment key and finalise the connection.
You can obtain the enrolment key by contacting your Piguet Galland advisor or clicking "Receive by TEXT".
Once you have obtained the enrolment key, enter it, and click on the "Send" button, symbolised by ☑️.
The system indicates that the device is now enrolled.
You can now log in on your mobile device by re-entering your login and password.
