When you first connect, you may encounter a message indicating a security problem.
There are two possibilities:
1. Locking method not defined on your device
This message means that no locking method has been defined on your device. Locking methods include PIN code, fingerprint and facial recognition. To be able to use the eBanking application, you need to define a locking method in your device settings.
2. Developer mode activated on your device
This message means that developer mode is activated on your device. For security reasons, developer mode is not compatible with the My Piguet Galland application. You should deactivate developer mode in your device settings before relaunching the application.
How can I deactivate the developer mode on my device?
For Apple devices (iOS):
Go to Settings > Privacy & Security > Security > Developer Mode.
Deactivate the ‘Developer mode’ option. Close and relaunch the application:
2. For Android devices:
Go to Settings > System > Advanced > Developer Options.
Deactivate the ‘Use options for developers’ option. Close and relaunch the application.
