The system indicates that the code entered is invalid.
There are two possible reasons for this:
- The authenticator code is renewed every 30 seconds. The code may expire if you wait too long before validating your entry. Please start again with a new code.
- The authenticator code is generated based on the mobile device's internal time. If the device is not on time, the platform that compares the code obtains a different code, even a few minutes difference. The mobile device must, therefore, be set to the correct time (regardless of the time zone), or the 'Date and time' synchronisation must be set to automatic:
