Piguet Galland has received "Fair-ON-Pay" certification, which validates compliance with current federal regulations on equal pay for women and men. This principle has been enshrined in the Constitution for over 30 years, but the law was revised in December 2018 to give it more substance. It now applies to all companies with 100 or more employees, with a higher level of requirements. Piguet Galland successfully passed the analysis conducted by the accredited experts at Comp-On AG, who studied the standardised full-time gross salary data of a total of 160 employees. Piguet Galland thus becomes the first Swiss private bank to obtain this label, affirming its commitment to a fair and non-discriminatory pay policy.

This certification project came about quite naturally in a company where half the management committee is made up of men and half of women, and where women have unlimited access to positions of responsibility. Fair-ON-Pay certification therefore reinforces the brand image of Piguet Galland, a subsidiary of Banque Cantonale Vaudoise, as a quality employer. For several years, its human resources policy has focused on equal opportunities and the professional development of its employees.

"We want to guarantee fair remuneration that reflects the responsibilities, skills, professional experience and training of each employee. and training," says Marina Bianchi-Galanti, the bank's Human Resources Bianchi-Galanti, the bank's Director of Human Resources. For Piguet Galland, Fair-ON-Pay certification is a tangible expression of our values of our values of integrity and commitment to the women and men who work who work to serve our customers. With this sends out a strong message of support and respect, we want to confirm our respect, we want to confirm our intention to offer them ideal working working conditions, ensuring fair treatment for all.
