The private bank Piguet Galland is proud to announce that it has been recognised as one of the ‘Best Workplaces™ Switzerland 2024’ following an in-depth assessment of its corporate culture by the Great Place To Work organisation. This recognition, the result of both a confidential employee survey and a documented corporate culture analysis, reflects the Bank's ongoing commitment to creating an exceptional work environment for its employees, is driven by the belief that client and employee serenity go together.

Companies awarded the Great Place To Work® status first receive certification. This recognition is awarded monthly throughout the year. As part of its commitment to its employees, the Bank has introduced a series of initiatives designed to promote a dynamic and fulfilling working environment. These include training and professional development programmes, as well as flexible employment policies that support work-life balance.

The Bank also attaches great importance to employee participation in the decision-making process and to innovation, which it aims to promote even further across the various teams. Employees' suggestions are regularly solicited and taken into account in the development of new ideas and best practices.
