In order to support its growth, the private bank Piguet Galland is strengthening its teams of private client advisors with new talents ; Jérôme Morel, Thierry Schneeberger, Xavier Delaloye and Irina Ramanantsoa join the Lausanne team. Alessandro Maggiore has been assigned to the Neuchâtel agency. Meanwhile, Xavier Francey will advise clients based in Geneva and its region, and Thomas Rochat will work in the Bank’s agency in Nyon.
‘’The recruitment of, in total, seven new wealth advisors clearly highlights our growth strategy and, in particular, one of its key objectives: to strengthen our local roots. This is all aimed at meeting the needs of our clients’’, explains Selman Bicaco Urrutia, Head of Private Banking and member of the Bank’s Management Committee. ‘’ Whilst banks are reducing their local presence, centralising their activities in larger regional offices, we are convinced that there is an opportunity to fill a gap by strengthening our local reach’’.
Let’s recall that in June ‘’we obtained the Great Place to Work® 2023 certification with a score of 93% of positive responses’’, explains the head of private banking. ‘’This result shows the effort we put into creating a working environment beneficial to the development of our employees. Our ambition is to create a unique corporate culture in order to retain our talents and attract new ones !’’, says Selman Bicaco Urrutia. A strategy that is paying off.
