In a post-pandemic context characterised by the disruption of work habits, Piguet Galland announced that it had been awarded the prestigious Great Place to Work® 2023 certification. This accolade testifies to the Bank’s commitment to creating a positive corporate culture. “We are especially delighted to receive this certification after participating for the first time. The GPTW Trust Index survey is based on a reasonable, fair, transparent and fully independent methodology. The score achieved reflects the vision, preferences and needs of employees. As such, it represents a key indicator for the Bank. The survey, in which some 88% of employees took part, reveals that the friendly size of Piguet Galland allows them to develop their sense of initiative and responsibility. At Piguet Galland, ethics, respect and solidarity are not just empty words.

The survey also shows that working conditions at Piguet Galland are “super-pleasant and motivating”, with “an internal culture strongly based on respect, mutual support, personal and professional balance, entrepreneurship, common sense, decision-making and factual communication”. One employee noted that “the management shows a sincere interest in me as an individual and not just as an employee”.
